How to Apply

1: Fill in the Application Form

Step 1: Fill in the Application Form Download an application form from the ECA Website (www.eca.edu.au) or collect one from your education agent. Please ensure you complete all relevant sections, and the information is accurate.

Step 2: Produce Certified Documents

Attach certified copies of any certificates, academic transcripts or results notices that show you meet the entry requirements of your selected course.

Step 3: Submit the Application

Submit your application form and any certified documents to Student Admissions at ECA. You can do this the following ways:

  • By Mail, Send to ECA Student Admissions, Level 2, 545 Kent St, Sydney, 2000.
  • In Person, ECA Reception/Admissions desk, level 2 545 Kent St , Level 2, Sydney
  • By Email, (check which email for admissions)
  • By Fax, (+612) 9283 3646

Step 4: Receive a Letter of Acceptance/Offer Letter

Successful applicants will receive a letter of acceptance that includes the name and details of the course they have applied for and the details of the course fees. It will also have an attached document that includes all the terms and conditions of enrolment at ECA, including the refund policy, so it should be read carefully.

The letter of acceptance should be signed by the student and returned to ECA by the above methods with the first payment. Signing the letter of acceptance also indicates that the student has read and accepted all the attached terms and conditions of enrolment.

Step 5: First Payment of Course Fees

The letter of acceptance will include all the payment details. Your first payment should consist of minimum requested tuition fees, an application fee, and 1 year compulsory health insurance.

Methods of Payment:

Students may pay by Cash, Direct Deposit, Credit Card, EFTPOS, Telegraphic Transfer or Bank Cheque.
